Cancellation and Refund

Thank you for choosing the services offered by Dr. Ketaki Pawar Chavan through www.drketakipc.com. We strive to provide valuable coaching, educational resources, and programs. Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making any bookings or purchases.

1. Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-Show Policy:

    • If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

  • Cancellation by Coach:

    • In rare cases where Dr. Ketaki must cancel a session, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

2. Digital Products (Courses, E-books, Video Libraries)

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • If you encounter technical issues accessing the material, please contact us at [Insert Support Email] within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

 

3. Workshops & Events

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled workshop/event are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.

 

5. Policy Updates

This Cancellation and Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
